WHERE YOU'LL STUDY
The University of East Anglia (UAE) is a world-leading research university focused on science, health and medicine, social sciences, and the humanities. UAE scientists provide global temperature records that inform international climate change studies, and support finding answers to humankind’s most urgent questions. Over 90 percent of UAE research is rated internationally excellent by the Research Excellence Framework. The university campus resides on the western outskirts of and less than two miles from the medieval-modern city of Norwich. Spread over 300+ acres of parkland, between Eaton Park and Earlham Park, university buildings follow the natural contours of the land. Elevated walkways connect the teaching facilities, residences, restaurants, medical center, library, and faith center. Students who commute by bicycle can get cycling support from the campus nonprofit bicycle co-operative, Dr Bike. Visit the Sainsbury Center for artistic inspiration, including pieces by Picasso and Francis Bacon, beautiful architecture, and a sculpture park.
