The internship program is an important part of the Faculty of Economics and Business Studies degree at the University of Cantabria, which means you’ll have access to established relationships between the university and businesses throughout Santander. Local students routinely intern in the city where companies and government institutions create many opportunities for internship placements in finance, port services, and business technology.
The internship is required.
Nearly all internships require fluency in Spanish. The language expectation varies by placement.
You’ll take a course to guide your internship experience. To meet the course requirements, you may be required to participate in meetings, discussions, journaling, and a final project.
- The internship is a required part of the program
- Letter grade or pass/no pass credit
To get an internship, you’ll make all of the arrangements yourself and submit a form for credit. You make most of the arrangements after arrival.
