Housing

Students at McGill University can explore both on-campus dorms and apartment as well as off-campus apartments located near campus. Due to increased demand, on-campus housing is not guaranteed for exchange students. McGill University has several resources to help you research and arrange your housing including apartment listings, roommate profiles and a message board to help find housing. The student housing staff can also help you communicate with landlords, find roommates and advise on which neighborhoods are best for you.

Apartment

Montreal is consistently ranked as one of the most liable cities and is and full of distinct boroughs/neighborhoods. Students have the ability to apply for on-campus apartment-style housing through McGill (spaces are very limited) or search for the various off-housing options that vary in proximity to campus and budget.
