Housing
You will receive a list of privately owned apartments located near the university from Thammasat University, and you will arrange your own housing in Bangkok. Your research begins before departure to ensure you have a place to stay upon arrival. Many students live with a roommate, which is a great opportunity to connect with other international students or even UC students.
Apartment
The university provides a list of resources to help you find the best place to live. There are a wide variety of apartments suitable for students in Salaya. Many students share an apartment with a roommate, usually another exchange student. Most apartments don't include a kitchen. Larger, more modern apartment complexes have amenities like gyms, pools, computer labs, and security guards.

Commute
Your commute time depends on which apartment you choose. Most students are able to find housing with less than a 30- or 40-minute commute by bus to class.
