This internship has given me a great head start in gaining familiarity with the tools I’ll encounter in my future career. Additionally, I learned to be an efficient worker. Learning to be independent by doing effective research rather than relying on my superiors to answer questions about my work was essential to understanding my role as an intern. I also learned to be efficient and accountable with my work by developing a mindset centered on work-life balance.
