Before my semester abroad, like many undergraduates–and even those who pretend to have it all figured out–I wasn’t completely sure what my career aspirations were. I could see shadows on the wall of what my future might look like, but I lacked any real experience to rely on to steer my course. However, any uncertainty and nervousness about these aspirations were melted away by real experiences during my internship. Every day, I woke up with a fire in my belly, I absolutely loved this. I learned so much, sometimes the hard way, but I was glad to do so because it all felt truly worthwhile.
