Commute
Commute varies by location but the typical commute takes anywhere from 30-60 minutes with a combination of walking and public transportation (metro, tram, or bus).
Homestay
All homestay families have experience hosting exchange students. The homestay experience feels like renting a room in a family’s home. Some meals are provided but because of the demands on your time as a student intern, you are encouraged to commit to no more than a couple of evening meals each week. Some homestays will have a private entrance, all have full kitchen access, and the freedom to come and go on your own time.
