This course offers a study of the psychology of work. Topics include: jobs, working conditions, and the role of HR; analysis, description, and design of jobs; HR management; hiring.

This is the second half of the course "Spanish of the Americas" (ESPANYOL D'AMERICA) which explores the linguistic varieties of Spanish language in Latin America and the United States. It examines dialectal divisions; sociolinguistic aspects of communication; influence from other languages in the Americas; and Spanish in the United States.

The course offers an introduction to all aspects of sustainable business management including global sustainable models, trade, industry, consumption, trends, strategies, key sectors, policy, and more. It examines the vision and tools required to effectively manage all of the challenges that new sustainable business models currently demand.

This course examines major issues related to new topics in Spanish media. It is divided into two parts. Part one focuses on the representation of Spain through both traditional and new media. The second part explores how fiction, whether on television, cinema, or social media, is capable of describing in detail the reality of Spain.

This course explores the history and culture of different areas of the post-colonial English-speaking world. It offers an in-depth study of different films, books, and documentaries from several areas of the English-speaking world and analyzes their cultural context.

This course examines the basics of investment project appraisal and business valuation, as well as the concept of capital structure and average cost of financing.

This course explores the foundations and components of social policy as an academic discipline and the historical relationship with social work. It examines the idea of social policy as a process, product, and intervention. This course discusses the historical process of social reform and the origins, development, and crisis of the welfare state.
