  • Tenorio Volcano National Park and Rio Celeste Waterfall: Take a hike through the forest to Rio Celeste Waterfall, known for its naturally turquoise-blue water, within Tenorio Volcano National Park.  
  • Sea turtle nesting: Costa Rica’s Guanacaste region is famous for its sea turtle conservation efforts and the spectacular arribadas, when thousands of Olive Ridley turtles come ashore to nest.
