Housing
In both locations, you will immerse in South American culture living with Argentine and Chilean hosts. Your homestay will be arranged by UCEAP's partners based on the information you provide in a questionnaire. During the break between sessions, you’ll need to arrange your own housing. Most students find that hostels are cost efficient while traveling with friends.

All homestay hosts live in great neighborhoods. Each has experience hosting students and many have been hosting exchange students from California for years. Most students enjoy their placements and give their hosts high ratings.

Commute
Travel time to class varies depending on your housing location. Typically it is 25–40 minutes each way by public transportation.
