Housing
You may choose to live in one of three international student dorms, in a private homestay with a local family, or in a hostel. The on-campus dorms are convenient to social events organized by the active student clubs at Korea University. The dorms house over 700 students from around the world and offer a range of private and shared rooms. For off-campus lodging, you might choose to stay in one of the student accommodations called a gositel around campus. If you want to live in a homestay, your options range from an apartment to a house, and you can make reservations in English in most cases.
Dorm
The international dormitories are divided into one building for male students, one for female students, and one in which both genders live with floors separated by gender. Students sharing a suite will share the shower and toilet. Each building has a shared kitchen, fitness center, common room, and laundry facilities. You may choose a private or shared room with one or two other students.
