Housing

The university has a number of dormitories close to campus, and you'll reserve your space with the help of a housing service. The halls are located in either Bloomsbury or Camden in central or northwest London, a walk or short bus ride from campus. Student housing at University College London is highly competitive and space is limited. Some students will need to independently find and arrange private accommodation. This can be challenging so applicants should consider this before submitting an application to this institution.

Dorm

Refined Bloomsbury is filled with dark brick, white-sashed residential buildings and leafy squares dating back to the Georgian period. Camden is a diverse area best known for alternative music, shoulder-to-shoulder markets and pubs. It’s popular with many young people who live there or stop by to visit the famous Camden Market. You may choose a private room or a shared room in clusters with 6-10 students. Some halls are catered, which means you’ll have a cafeteria, and in others you’ll have a shared kitchen in which to prepare your own meals. Most halls offer amenities such as television rooms, study areas, sports facilities, gardens, music practice rooms, and bicycle storage.
