Course Description
This course focuses on the ways gender, language, history, and theater criticism question categories of drama analysis. It provides a study of a series of theatrical materials of significant "dramaturgical density": theatrical montages, dramatic texts, and montage records, among others. The course is organized into three units that address the direction of contemporary Chilean theater, such as plays that address marginalization, racialization and segregation, as well as the reevaluation of apocryphal documents.
