Through this internship, I believe I grew both professionally and personally. I developed important skills in project coordination, data analysis, and cross-team communication, learning how to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and use data to support decision-making. Additionally, adapting to a structured Korean workplace culture helped me become more flexible and culturally aware, strengthening my ability to work in diverse environments. Personally, I became more confident in my ability to navigate challenges and take initiative. At first, I hesitated to speak up in meetings, but over time, I learned to voice my ideas and contribute more actively. This experience reinforced my passion for Project and Product Management, confirming that I thrive in roles where I can organize, strategize, and drive projects forward.
