Housing
At the Hamilton campus, you are free to choose the housing option that best suits your needs and lifestyle. You may live on campus in a single room in a university hall, a flat (apartment), or a rented room in Hamilton. Private accommodation is easier to find and less expensive in Hamilton than in larger cities. Accommodations at the Tauranga campus consist of single rooms in a dormitory overlooking the harbor. The campuses are 1.5 hours apart, and a free shuttle is available (if needed) to travel between the campuses, although most students stay exclusively at the campus where they take classes.
