COURSE DETAIL
This is a management professional course in the international marketing behavior of enterprises. The course explores the basic theory and knowledge of international marketing systematically to understand of the current trend of development, in in order to lay a foundation for future practical and research work in related fields.
The basic content of the course consists of five parts. The first part is the international marketing concept, namely, international marketing understanding, task and challenge. Next is the analysis of the international marketing environment, including two chapters, namely the analysis of the international marketing environment, international marketing research. Then the course examines international marketing strategy planning: international marketing strategy and plan, international market segmentation and entry, and international sales competitive strategy. Students explore international marketing mix strategy: product, price, distribution and promotion strategies respectively. Finally, the course looks at international marketing organization and control.
This course includes both lecture and class discussion.

This course covers the basics of negotiating, making and interpreting international commercial contracts principles and techniques. This course is divided into two parts: general and sub-theories. The general part covers an introduction to international business contracts, international business cooperation Identical structure, language features of international commercial contracts, translation of international commercial contracts, interpretation of international commercial contracts the negotiation of international commercial contracts. The sub-theory part is about the principles, main clauses of the main types of international commercial contracts. Paragraph production and reference texts are introduced one by one. Involving international sales contracts, international commercial agency contracts, national International investment contracts, international commercial loan contracts, etc.

This course introduces the basic scientific knowledge about indoor and outdoor air pollution, as well as global and regional climate change, in relation to human health. It examines scientific research in this field and environment and health in international perspectives. Environment is of great significance to human health. Air pollution, both indoor and outdoor, is closely related with different health problems in different populations. Climate closely interacts with ambient air pollution and affects human health independently. Currently, global climate change has been observed and heat wave and cold wave has been reported to happen more frequently. In this course, the following questions are discussed: What air pollution is found in indoor and outdoor environments? What types of compounds form the pollution? Can they be measured? Do we know the level of different pollutants? How about the relationship between outdoor and indoor environments? Is it safer staying indoors if there high outdoor air pollution? Do we have any measures to prevent or lower the pollution level? What are the health effects of these pollutants? Do they affect our respiratory health, cardiovascular system or even our endocrine system? How about the current climate if compared with old times? Is there any change? How much it will affect our health?

This course provides a study of the development of urban architecture and environmental landscape, as well as the evaluation of world-famous architectural landscape. It covers the development process and notable achievements of the aesthetic creation of architecture and environmental landscape, both in ancient and modern China and around the world. The course provides an analysis of the architectural ideas, theories, and techniques of each historical period, including the types, features, styles, forms, structural features, artistic features, and their evolution. Other topics include architectural communication culture, integration of architectural culture and art, and architectural features as well as the religious, cultural, social and technological factors that have shaped these architectural features.

It covers the characteristics, planning, production process, and operation mode of different program types, as well as the relationship with market mechanism, audience needs, and the social and cultural environment.

This is a beginning course on Korean language for students with no background. It provides basic language knowledge and basic language skills; the ability to accurately and fluently pronounce and master basic accent; familiarity with letters to spell sentences quickly and accurately; 500 commonly used words, most commonly used suffixes and sentence patterns in Korean; andeveryday language and classroom language, and have basic Korean communication skills.
