Students learn to play single and double matches in addition to the basic skills such as position, grip, stroke, smash, receive, and serve.

Through basic movement training (floor exercises) developed from the six foundations of human behavior, students build their ability to control or improve their body movements while learning from their peers. The goal of this course is to help improve students' various physical ability indicators and special sports ability through special physical training and repeated practice of taekwondo, and through the inheritance of knowledge and experience, players can flexibly use it in competitions to improve better sports performance.
