Academic Culture
In general, there is more emphasis on writing at the University of Bristol than at UC. Significant emphasis is placed on literacy, not only in the humanities departments but also in the sciences. Clear, elegant, and simple writing is highly valued.
Study independently and do background reading to be successful on this program. Close supervision and constructive criticism from the faculty mentors may at first be intimidating but will eventually help your personal growth.

You will earn direct UC credit and grades for all coursework. Grades for this program are expected to be available by October.
