Housing
Housing on the program is arranged for you before arrival, based on your preferences and availability. You'll stay in a dorm on the CIEE campus in Berlin’s Kreuzberg district or a shared apartment less than a half hour from the CIEE campus.
Apartment
If dorm space is not available, you may be housed in an apartment located within the Berlin city limits. Each apartment is shared (you'll have at least one roommate) and is easily reached by public transportation. The apartments have shared common spaces including well-equipped kitchens.

Commute
The apartments are located within the city limits and easily reached by public transportation (less than 25 minutes from the institute). The length of your daily commute depends on where your internship is located.
Dorm
The dorm has a café and courtyard, large common kitchens and study areas. The rooms feature large windows and plenty of natural light. Some beds are in-room loft spaces reached by metal and wood ladders. You can request a private room or share your living space with one to three other students.

Commute
