UCEAP Application Deadlines
The application dates and deadlines vary by program. Programs are open for application until filled or until the application deadline, whichever comes first. To increase your chance of receiving a spot in a UCEAP program, complete and submit your application as soon as possible after applications open.
Applications open at 9 am Pacific Time on the application open date and close at 11:59 pm Pacific Time on the application deadline date, unless the program fills before the deadline.

- Programs that filled before the application deadline are listed as "Full" and are no longer receiving applications. The term is greyed out in the UCEAP Portal and new applications cannot be created.
- Programs that are not full may allow late applications. If the deadline has passed, please contact your campus study abroad office to ask if a late application is possible.
Graduate students should reference the Graduate Student Application Instructions along with the Graduate Student Program Inquiry Form (GPIF) before applying and prepare to submit the Graduate Student Agreement (GSAG) with their application.
To request disability accommodations for the UCEAP application process, email applications@uceap.universityofcalifornia.edu or call 805-893-4762 with as much notice as possible and before you submit the application. Provide a letter from your UC campus disability services office that states the accommodations you are entitled to receive at your campus. Do not provide medical documentation. This request is separate from the accommodations you might request for your program abroad, which will be collected after your application is processed.
Withdrawal requests received after the UCEAP Withdrawal Deadline are subject to a $500 UCEAP withdrawal fee, in addition to any host institution or third-party fees that are in effect at that time, and any non-recoverable costs.
