Housing
You can choose to live in a dorm on campus or in a private apartment, house or townhouse in one of the residential neighborhoods surrounding the university. University dorm housing is limited; if that is your preference, apply as soon as you are accepted into the program.
Apartment
The city of Vancouver offers many residential neighborhoods near the university. Each has its own unique feel. University Village is on campus with stores, restaurants and parks within a quick walk. Here you can find one- and two-bedroom apartments and townhomes. Point Grey is a neighborhood near Vancouver’s iconic Spanish Banks Beach, and Kitsilano (Kits) is the city’s trendiest neighborhood near two beaches. Many other neighborhoods are available.
