Housing
You’ll stay in one of the student dormitories which range from old-style stone architecture to stylish modern facilities built to meet high environmental standards. You'll apply for housing at one of the dorms after you’re accepted. You can research the individual halls online so you’re ready with your favorite. The various halls are scattered around the city of St Andrews, some in urban areas and others in more residential areas.
Dorm
Most students share their living space with other students. It’s typical for you to have a private bedroom and share a communal kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Common areas may include pool tables, televisions, music rooms, libraries, and study areas. Some dorms have elevators. In most halls, a student committee organizes a variety of events, such as karaoke, game nights, and parties.
