This course offers a practical study of different techniques of lithographic engraving on aluminum plates. 

Through practice twice a week, the course fosters coordination, strength, and conditioning for the sport. It promotes team-building skills and playing in a low-stress environment.

The course focuses on the performance of structural systems in relation to seismic forces. It encompasses basic concepts of seismology, seismic threat, and characterization of earthquakes and analyzes the seismic response of structures on elastic and inelastic performance. This course presents the scopes and limitations of the seismic design codes as well as the foundations for performance-based seismic analysis and design.

The course discusses the problems, methods, and results of sociolinguistics, in particular the social aspects that influence linguistic change. It explores the incidence of social and cultural factors in the acquisition and use of language, as well as on the sociolinguistic status of Indigenous languages and the linguistic planning of the different Latin American countries. 

The course explores the concepts of lifetime, intersectionality, and ethno-gerontology in the creation of interventions that contribute to psychosocial well-being and overall health in old age. It discusses the contributions and implications of those three concepts in the design and implementation of psychosocial interventions for the elderly.
