Course Description

Through the teaching of this course, students are introduced to the basic ideas and methods of object-oriented programming. Through learning and combining computer practice, students can understand the general methods of computer problem solving, master interface production, program writing and debugging, and enable students to have the ability to write simple application programs. This will lay a solid foundation for further self-study of other programming languages and improve programming skills in the future, while also improving students' logical thinking ability and meticulous thinking ability.

The basic contents include: VB development environment and basic programming steps, basic controls and language basics, basic control structures, arrays, procedures, commonly used controls, menus, multiple forms and files, etc.

Course Description

The course will introduce Olympic movement and the related controversies and views from the perspective of culture In broad sense, analyze the relationship between Olympic culture and human and social development, politics, economy and world peace as well as the environmental protection. 

Course objectives It is intended that through the course students can learn and acquire the values and the positive character traits that are assumed to be developed in sport and Olympic Movement; to examine closely all aspects of the modern Olympic Games and Olympism in order to offer a comprehensive understanding of two key aspects of the Modern Olympic Culture: its historical developments and its present fundamental characteristics; the nature of the tensions created in the process of its evolution which have led to recent reforms.

Course Description
The course covers the basic relationship and mechanism of action of climate change and energy consumption, and introduces the basic theory of climate and environment sustainable development. The course contains three sections: climate change and energy consumption, low carbon and environmental sustainability, low carbon and environmental protection practices and actions. Each section contains a number of interconnected parts, the integrated contracture exists among three sections as well. The course provides understating of the characteristics and laws related to climate change and energy consumption under the low carbon and environmental protection policies, technology and management.
