This course introduces general physics and provides basic understanding of classical mechanics, rotation, wave, and thermodynamics. Topics include units; linear and circular motion; gravity; wave, and thermal physics. 

This course explores language and culture to uncover how they are related. Centering on Korean, it examines different languages and expressions and strives to discover the culture and the cultural motivation behind the language and language use.

The course is designed to provide students with foundational knowledge and skills in adult learning and counseling. This course introduces students to key concepts of adult learners as well as various learning theories and models to aid in understanding adult development and adult learning. 

This course is an intermediate-level Korean speaking class for Korean language learners. Students learn intermediate-level vocabulary and expressions in everyday materials and familiar socio-cultural topics, training them to organize their thoughts and improve their speaking skills. The course centers on student-centered pair work and small group work, to foster an environment for students to practice natural and fluent speaking skills.

This course provides students an introduction to the basic principles of second language acquisition (SLA), a discipline that explores how humans learn additional languages after they have acquired their first language. The course offers a comprehensive understanding of SLA, mainly addressing the following topics: (a) theoretical accounts of first and second language acquisition, (b) various environmental, learner, and linguistic factors influencing SLA, and (c) characteristics of learner language as manifested in second language development. It also explores how theoretical claims and research findings of the field provide insights for second language teaching and learning

This course focuses on stimulating creativity in individuals and teams to innovate engineering applications. It uses experiential methods to facilitate team design projects.

This course covers the fundamentals of Korean writing including sentences, paragraphs, explanatory text, narratives, etc. 

This course introduces managerial knowledge within the context of media as an industry. It provides an overview of the current turbulence as well as the landscape of future media industries. The course addresses the current states of media industries; digital transformation of media companies; adoption of emerging technologies in media industries; application of strategic concepts to media fields; users in digital media, and regulatory issues in media industries.

This class covers concepts and applications of scientific theory and technology according to the type of energy. Topics include fundamental physical and chemical principles of various types of energy; the differences as well as the social and environmental effects of various energy technology; and an introduction of solar energy, hydrogen energy, fuel cell, bioenergy, biomass, and related energy conversion and storage technologies.

This course deals with premodern, modern, and contemporary Korean history from a global and historical perspective.
