The course covers introductory linear algebra, focusing on the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of a matrix, orthogonality, and properties of positive definite matrices. The eigenvalues and eigenvectors are considered from their definitions to their applications. Other topics include orthogonal projections, the Gram-Schmidt process, and the inner product space. 

This course seeks to define media and instructs on its modalities. The course also discusses the relationship of media with power, as well as its relationship with consumers and producers. 

This course provides an introduction to advanced disciplines and essential information about gene expression, gene regulation, cell division, and cell signal transduction. 

The purpose of this course is to provide positive psychological approaches to understand stress. Students gain a greater understanding of their values and choices, as well as learn effective skills to reduce their stress and to increase positive emotion for lifelong health. 

This course provides a study of various economic theories dealing with issues related to international cooperation and development and their relationship to national growth. In particular, we recognize the need for international cooperation by examining the impact of agricultural development on the national economies of developing countries. Furthermore, by learning about the relationship between agriculture and issues such as inequality and poverty, population and health, the course provides fundamental knowledge on a variety of international issues such as growth processes in developing countries, sustainable agriculture, and rural development. Lastly, as part of the case study, students are expected to learn in detail about economic growth through agricultural cooperation and effect analysis of official development assistance (ODA).

This course examines the various structures that make up Korean society and Korean studies in a global context. It explores particular themes relevant to understanding Korea such as (trans)national identity, family, modernization, industrialization, democratization, gender relations, cultural industry, human right, and environmental crisis. 

This course provides intermediate Korean language skills associated daily and academic activities and practice for students to gain proficiency in all skill areas including Korean reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Students are expected to understand written and spoken language, formal and informal expressions, and be able to use them appropriately according to the situation.

This is a capstone course in consumer and advertising psychology. Through the course students analyze consumer behavior and trends and solve marketing communication problems. It’s a strategic communication, campaign planning, management, and execution course that approximates an agency-client work situation.

This course introduces contemporary film and television criticism through lectures, film screenings, and discussion.

This course is a multidisciplinary framework in considering the social and cultural importance of the body and dress. It covers the social and psychological aspects of appearance and dress as it relates to the individual, society, and culture. Topics include the relationship between self and appearance, the role of appearance in human interaction as a form of nonverbal communication, the factors that influence our choices of appearance, and the impact of social change on culture and appearance.
