The operations function of an organization is responsible for producing and delivering goods or services of value to customers of the organization. Operations managers make decisions to manage the transformation process that converts inputs into desired finished goods or services. This course covers the fundamentals of operations management, managerial insight and intuition, and business decisions. Specifically, it investigates the following topics: process strategy and analysis, quality management, constraint management, project management, and inventory management.

Once completion of this course you will be able to: perform basic body exercises with proper form, understand fundamental movements in weight training, make and understand exercise programming, and understand the basics of rehabilitation and sports injuries. Topics include stretching, oriental beneficial exercise, core training, weight training, Tabata, sports massage, and Freeletics.

This course introduces general physics and provides basic understanding of classical mechanics, rotation, wave, and thermodynamics. Topics include units; linear and circular motion; gravity; wave, and thermal physics. 

This course explores language and culture to uncover how they are related. Centering on Korean, it examines different languages and expressions and strives to discover the culture and the cultural motivation behind the language and language use.

This course introduces basic concepts and their application of finance to students. As an introductory course, it starts with learning about financial statement analysis. Then, concepts on time value of money, basic capital market theory, valuation of financial securities, investment decisions, capital structure theory, and dividend payout will be covered. 

This course examines and analyzes the worth of representative poets and masterpiece in Modern Korean poetry from the 1920s to the 2000s. It also introduces concepts, basic principles of modern Korean poetry and students get the pleasure of reading poems once again. This process is a time of the reenacted experience about historical experience, philosophical experience, sensuous experience in the modern poetry. In this lecture, students read Korean modern poetry and study basic poetics and theory of poetry at same time. In addition, we widen the extent of the understand by studying about variety of a cultural experience that appeared on modern Korean poetry. We  study Korean poetry along with multiple genre of art, as well as ideology of history, politics, folk, and themes such as love, food, fashion . Students contemplate 'What is poetic thing?' While all students who like poetry can enjoy this course, appreciation of poems at the University-level is beyond the level of that reading comprehension. By reading poems, students can find the important poetic spirit that penetrate contemporary culture.

The course is designed to provide students with foundational knowledge and skills in adult learning and counseling. This course introduces students to key concepts of adult learners as well as various learning theories and models to aid in understanding adult development and adult learning.
