Course Description

This course covers the basic concepts and theories in technology and innovation management to enable the organization’s strategic destinations, covering stages from fuzzy front end to strategy execution. Course Description

The central theme of the course is distribution channel systems for traditional and modern trade, their roles, management constraints, and integration into the marketing strategy. The content includes analysis of dynamic market factors, design and distribution of channels for effective and efficient management distribution networks, and strategic deployment of multi‐channel marketing and omnichannel decisions to gain competitive advantages. The course also covers the roles, behavior of channel members, dimensions of channel power, management of channel conflict, channel incentive programs, coordination of channel relationships, and trade marketing, developing, controlling, and evaluating a distribution channel in consumer and business markets.

Course Description

This course examines Thailand through the perspective of its military experience from past to present. It introduces students to various aspects of Thailand within the realm of conflict from its military history to its strategic culture. As such, the course adopts a multidisciplinary approach, encouraging students to look at Thailand from a range of disciplines whether it is history, politics, or international relations. Though it may be helpful, no prior knowledge or experience will be assumed. Students are expected to develop the ability to manage and analyze potentially complex and challenging issues through the use of evidence and theories, and be able to communicate them in both oral and literary manner.

Course Description

The course explores an integrated approach to marketing communications. It examines concepts, principles, and methods of marketing promotion and communication.
