The course focuses on introducing students to the knowledge and application of key marketing concepts and tools used by organizations. The course emphasizes the consumer and value creation fundamentals of developing marketing strategies and tactics.

The course aims to philosophically analyze series and films in order to develop critical thinking in light of their content and the issues they address within the scope of philosophical reflection. Students analyze fragments of representative films or series of pop culture and explain the philosophical aspects of the topics covered in them. Students acquire tools that allow them to analyze, question, and understand the meaning and relevance of the issues addressed in these cultural products.

This course examines the main issues of the economic development in Chile, highlighting its strengths and challenges. Topics include historical social development, the Chilean Pension system, labor markets and informality, privatization, regulation and competition policy, trade policy, and relation of fiscal policy and economic development.

This course is designed for Spanish students who communicate with a certain level of autonomy in simple, especially in social contexts. The course aims for students to consolidate their oral and written communication skills at a social level and that, at the same time, they begin to develop comprehension skills and written production that allows them to function in academic and professional contexts.

This third year course focuses on using economic principles and management science to tackle real world business decisions. Students apply the concepts and tools learned in previous courses covering statistics, microeconomics, spreadsheet modeling and quantitative methods, to put them into practice through real-world examples with a global perspective.

This course aims to develop the efficient and creative use of the body and voice, through a process of disinhibition, imagination, improvisation and dramatization, allowing the student to improve their body awareness and access through artistic language diverse possibilities of creative expression, which give rise to a common language and which become a sample of collective expression, addressing the topics of interest to the participants.

The course examines the history of Chile from its foundation until present times. It focuses on the history from the social angle and with a feminist, intersectional and decolonial approaches. It identifies three historical periods: Creation of Chile, Welfare and Neoliberal states. The course proposes students to reflect on the role of the social worker in relation to the history of Chile and the importance of knowing this history for working in this profession.

In this course, students detect and enhance the creative resources that contribute to the writing process, and acquire from the reading and writing practice, the basic methodological skills of written narration, from the short story to dramatic writing. Students link the abstract world, ideas and concepts, with concrete reality.

Students analyze and evaluate the environmental impacts of human activity on the land in general, and of urban and architectural interventions in particular. The course focuses on architectural and urban planning, taking into account urban and environmental planning criteria.

The Urban Planning Methods and Practices course contributes to the development of the professional profile of architects, empowering students with the various methods and tools of urban planning focused on environmental interpretation, urban design, and planning, with a critical and proactive approach.
