To apply for a Spanish Student Visa, US and non-EU citizens must have a passport that is valid for at least one year after the program starts and obtain a Spain student visa. Visa processing times are lengthy, and international travel may not be possible for up to seven months prior to your program start date unless you have a second passport. Submit your UCEAP application as early as possible to receive visa instructions in advance.
