Internships in a variety of fields such as development, business, and education are possible. It's a good idea to research your own opportunities to maximize finding the best placement for you.

Language

You can intern in English, but proficiency in Japanese will broaden your internship options.

Academics

No course is required, but to receive academic credit you’ll have regular meetings with an internship supervisor and a final project or paper. You will receive detailed instructions on how to get credit for your internship after you apply to the program.

Arrangements

To arrange your internship, you’ll receive a list of organizations and advice. It will be up to you to find an internship provider and request an interview. You make most of the arrangements after arrival.
