This course provides an overview of the functional and phylogenetic diversity of invertebrate and vertebrate animals. The material is presented within the conceptual framework of evolution, the foundation of biology. This course provides an introduction to lifespan developmental psychology, emphasizing recent theory and research. It is not possible to cover all aspects of human lifespan development within any one course, and so lectures feature key issues, sometimes focusing on some age ranges more than others, but using examples from other ages. This course examines a wide range of different art practices to give a holistic view of Indigenous arts and their role in facilitating a voice and its use as a tool for social change. This course introduces students with little or no background in movie making to the fundamentals of filmmaking from a professional filmmaker’s perspective.
