This is the first part in the introduction to Spanish series. The course helps students acquire a basic level of Spanish language ability while broadening their overall understanding of the Spanish language, culture, and society. The course begins with the Spanish alphabet, basic vocabulary, and grammar review. It also develops a basic level of reading and writing skills in Spanish.

This course systematically examines factors that influence happiness, such as objective conditions (money, marriage, etc.), happiness-related personality traits, and cultural variables that have been identified by recent scientific studies. It then re-evaluates happiness from an evolutionary perspective.

This course examines world literature along with the characteristics of Korean literature. It compares literary works from around the world and promotes an understanding of human beings and society, history and ideology, and culture and civilization in a macroscopic manner through literary works.

1)To make complex sentences using various connective endings;
2)To have basic conversations in Korean on the range of topics including learning Korean, making a phone call, food, shopping, hobby, etc.; and,
3)To have conversations using반말(informal style between friends) appropriately.

This is an introductory course for students interested in doing volunteer work for the first time. The course includes the concepts and meaning of volunteering, information on various areas of volunteer work, characteristics of clients, basic attitude and ethics, and practice methods of volunteering.

The purpose of this class is to provide students with an opportunity to learn accurate batting methods, combine basic strokes, and use badminton as a lifelong leisure sport through step-by-step guidance on badminton`s underlying grips, footwork, and basic strokes.
