This course discusses the various creative fields in which Barcelona has been a pioneer. Topics include: urban design, art, culture, design and fashion, theater, dance, music.

This course offers 45 hours of advanced study of Spanish language for students at a C1.1 to C2 level, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

This course examines major issues related to new topics in Spanish media. It is divided into two parts. Part one focuses on the representation of Spain through both traditional and new media. The second part explores how fiction, whether on television, cinema, or social media, is capable of describing in detail the reality of Spain.

This linear algebra course offers a study of the following topics: vector space, linear independence, algebraic basis, dimension, linear mapping, kernel and image, bilinear form, dot product, diagonalization, and Jordan canonical form.

This courses focuses on strategies for interpreting and constructing written texts of different types and genres, with an emphasis on the processes of reading comprehension, planning, writing, and revision. It is designed for international students at the intermediate level. 

This course offers an intermediate study of Spanish language for students at a B1.1 to B2.2 level, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

This course examines the elements of the immune system and the mechanisms that control the coordinated response. It explores the principles of experimentation on which the study of immunology is based.

This course develops instrumental skills in the Russian language up to the A2 level. It focuses on the basics of applied Russian grammar especially related to verbs, describing the phonetic, grammatical, and lexical structures of Russian, and understanding and producing oral and written work. The course covers morphology and syntax; lexical topics; and vocabulary.

This course offers a study of the basic and advanced guidelines in academia and the pharmaceutical sector on the selection of drug targets, the design of new drugs, and the procedures for real-life drug discovery settings.

This course explores Spanish cinema from its origins to the present day including viewings of some of the most representative films of each era.
