UCEAP is operated by international education professionals who are dedicated to inspiring students to explore and transform their lives, UC, and the world. Below you will find a listing of contacts who support your entire program experience—before you depart, while you’re abroad, and your return.
Helpful terms:
UCEAP Study Abroad Advisors provide guidance and support for your predeparture requirements and academic questions. Your first point of contact at UCEAP. In addition to phone and email, regularly scheduled advising opportunities are available.
Academic Specialists advise academic policies, review courses taken abroad for UC credit, and document your registration, grades, petitions, and academic records.
Program Specialists manage the logistics of the program. They coordinate document requirements, visa application instructions, health and safety precautions, acceptance and placement by host institutions, arrival and onsite orientation, and housing arrangements.
Finance Accountants assist primarily with UCEAP statements, program fee collection, and financial aid disbursements (in conjunction with your campus financial aid office).
