This course explores the history of women and gender in Spain in the twentieth century.

This course examines how the audiovisual ecosystem has changed over the last decade. It covers new trends and aesthetics, digital film & television, music, audio and online video, video games, fake news, and filter bubbles.

This course examines the nature and development of television fiction and its interaction with media culture. It analyzes the evolution of television fiction from an international perspective and the mutations that occur in the production of contemporary fiction. Case study of the course: "WandaVision" (Disney+: 2021).

This course provides a critical analysis of the criteria used to distinguish between normal and abnormal behavior and apply psychopathological diagnosis. Topics covered include: history of clinical psychology and psychopathology; general models of abnormal behavior; evaluation, classification and diagnosis of abnormal behavior; disorders of perception, awareness and attention; memory disorders; disorders of thought and language; psychomotor disorders; food and sleep disorders.

This course analyzes the interaction between “extra-European” societies and territories and Europe in the modern age. It discusses the expansion of European empires, the consequences of this expansion on colonial societies, the political-social dynamics of these territories, and the reflection and impact of these “new worlds” in Europe. 

This course analyzes the forms in which contemporary narratives construct social imaginaries that contribute to the development of identities and perspectives, as well as discussing contemporary narrative theories.
